Thanks for your review, I'm glad that you like the app. Basic cloud sync is now possible via my new WriteRoom.iPhone app. You'll also need to make a few modification to the dev release of TaskPaper... that download and the modifications are described on the TaskPaper dev version page.

You may want to check out http://www.twitdone.com, a very nicely built web app designed for implementing the GTD methodology. It's free, clear, focused, easy to navigate, worth a try.

All this syncing is sheer madness. Give me one file somewhere in the cloud that I can view/edit from any device. Taskpaper is close to that, but it's a hack by the developer so far. The good news is that I think he "gets it".

We are heavy basecamp users here. Great todo management for the dev team. Not so much for me personally. In fact, I put most of my todos from there into TaskPaper. Like everything else, it's not accessible enough to be my todo solution.

Scott, right with you on the todo list addiction and still haven't found the ideal application. I will check out taskpaper and currently use MyChapura KeyTasks to sync my iphone todos with outlook (pc) and works great (although not thrilled with outlook tasks). I tried way to many "todo" apps and liked this one as it would synchronize over the air. Before that I was into gubb.net as it is close in concept to taskpaper and prefer to make todo buckets like "affiliate summit packing list".

As a basecamp subscriber for project management, I am looking at basecamp iphone clients and hoping this can all be tied in together :)

See you at the summit.

No doubt, Things is a pretty app, both on the desktop and iphone.

The beauty of TaskPaper is that it's totally free-form. There's nothing like the freedom of typing into a text editor. There's nothing better, since pencil and paper for allowing a full unimpeded brain dump than typing info a text editor.

Things works for you, that's great. You must be e a more organized and methodical guy than I am.

Thanks for the feedback on the comment system. I'm getting set up to test their new ECHO comment system. I have high hopes for it. Thanks for hanging in. :)
