My wife and I are going to try out Timothy Ferriss' Four Hour Body for as long as it sticks. We're primarily staring with its "slow-carb" diet. We'll be posting updates, recipes, and whatever else we come across related to the Four Hour Body.
I'll tell you what, ditching cheese and bread is going to be massively difficult. But I've got at least 20 lbs of fat to lose, and I'm motivated.
