See You at CJU? Get Your Website Reviewed.

I'll be attending Commission Junction's CJU conference for the third year in a row. This will be my second time presenting. This year, I'll be doing a session with Pedro Sostre titled, "Site Lab: Designing Effective Landing Pages". From the CJU 2006 Agenda:

Has the conversion rate for your landing pages plummeted? Having trouble achieving a high ranking within the major search engines? If your answer is yes, this session is a must! Join our experts as they work their magic to improve the design and performance of a variety of landing pages. They will also discuss the recent Google algorithm changes and provide practical advice for improving your site's Quality Score.

I don't know about any magic, but it should be a fun session.

While we plan to take some suggestions from the audience for websites to look at, we're not counting on any volunteers. So, we're putting together a list of sites to give an assessment of. If any of you readers have a site that you'd like for us to look at, please send it to me. If we include it, and you cannot be there, we'll still let you know what our comments and recommendations are.

I think I'll just offer up a few of my own and get some good feedback from Pedro!

I will probably be able to make it. I will find out for sure next week and let you know. I threw away the old and stale beer from SES SJ that I owe you and replace it with a new and fresh one :).

I volunteer my new resources site wish is still growing and changing. I have some issues where I am still undecided how to go about them. I also have to be careful not to fall into the old trap: "too much exposure and involvement, that causes loss of objectivity". An outside opinion will be very refreshing and beneficial.

    Cheers,
    Carsten
