In 2006, revenue from skirts, suits and shoes reached $18.3 billion, surpassing that from PCs, printers and word-processing programs, which totaled $17.2 billion, according to a report to be released today by a major trade group.
I think the primary reason here is that clothing is easier, cheaper and safer to ship as well as buyers can just take look at the picture online, order their size and they know that what they ordered is what they’ll get. With PC’s however, it’s hard to buy it online – I mean you really have to check the specs carefully plus there’s a danger that it can be broken during shipment.

This is great news for non-techies like me. I couldn't write anything helpful about PCs, printers and programs but I do have a lot to say about skirts, suits, shoes and other apparel and accessories. I will be able to give my recommendations with confidence.
Hopefully, this development will spread out online income to those of us who aren't tech whizzes. :)
