My old email is sitting still on the backup drive, so it's not terribly accessible to me right now. But that's not because of the switch to gmail. that's just because I haven't moved it over to my new drive.
It's all sitting in my Mail program. There are times I do wish I could search through it, but it's remarkably less than I would have expected. I may just leave it out of reach to force myself away from it.
And as it turns out, I think if I lost all my old email, I would survive!

I bought a new microphone to improve the audio quality, I think it has made an enormous difference.
Actually, now that I listen to the MP3, there's a tinny artifact that I think was added during the conversion/compression. More to work on. Update: I made a new mp3 with higher quality. Sounds much better.
