i have the samsung 71 dlp model number hlr7178w and has been great but just today the picture has smashed itself on the top of the screen about 8 inches long and under all blue u cannot access the menu or anything just sound no picture, i took the access hatch off and pulled the lamp out looked around for a sec and put back together and worked for a hour then the same thing wat should i do. or should i say were should i start the bulb seems good ballast seems good color wheel makes a litte noise and im not sure wat the dmd board is but i would reaally appreciate help very much heres the screen pic i took of it http://i579.photobucket.com/al…..n78/tv.jpg
