Daniel Ha announced via twitter this evening that a new version of their API plugin is available.
I quickly dropped it into the dev version of my blog and the only noticeable changes were support for video comments via seesmic (cool) and the look and feel is now the same as their JS version of the plugin. The tell-tale that someone was using JS vs. API was the Disqus graphic that appears above the comments.

I rooted around through the code to see what’s different, and it was hard to tell if there was anything else.
If you installed the nofollow Disqus hack that I created a few months ago, you’ll need to reimplement it.
Trackback support? I’ve enabled it in the disqus interface. That previous link is a test. Let’s all click through together and see if it is there, shall we?
I’m sure Daniel will be by…what am I missing sir?
