I’m not an auditory kind of guy. I am much more visual.
Some people can work with some sort of talk radio or podcast going on in the background, but not me. If I’ve got something interesting on, I actively listen and cannot do anything else very effectively. So I’ve never really got into podcasts while working. And making sure they’ve synced over to my iPod for a workout is something that I just don’t manage to prioritize.
But I have been enjoying Sam Harrelson’s daily podcasts on AffiliateFortuneCookies.com. They’re short enough that I can take time out and give them a good listen without impacting my day too much.
My son Alex likes listening to Sam as well. I couldn’t tear him away for like 5 minutes. I hope you didn’t say any bad words, Sam!

And today marks the first installment of a new Affiliate Marketing radio show by Linda Woods on WebmasterRadio.FM. I’ll give that one a listen as well.
What’s that? You can’t get enough affiliate marketing audio? Here’s a quick run-down on some regular audio programming to fill your airwaves and auditory canals will affiliate marketing goodness.
The place to start (and maybe finish) is the new GeekCast.fm which is some sort of partnership/collaboration by Sam Harrelson, Shawn Collins, and Jim Kukral. This has these guys written all over it, literally and figuratively. From there, you can catch Sam’s forementioned show, Jim’s DailyFlip, and Shawn’s weekly Affiliate Thing show with Lisa Picarille.
There are also a few affiliate marketers who do periodic podcasts. Fraser Edwards and Andrew Wee come to mind.
This is already too much for me to handle. But am I missing any?
