Overview
Scott Jangro is a software engineer and online marketer. Scott started out in customer support, managing technical support departments at Dragon Systems and Open Market, Inc. Joining Be Free in 1999, he was involved closely with the development of the BFAST platform and the formation of the affiliate marketing industry.
In 2004, Scott co-founded MechMedia, a performance marketing and website publishing company, which has grown to become a profitable, five person firm and a top-performing publisher.
Scott is well-known as an expert and active member of the affiliate marketing community, is a frequent speaker at industry events, and has been recognized with a number of awards for his work on an affiliate industry blog. He serves on the advisory boards for Google and Commission Junction affiliate networks, Affiliate Summit, and the Performance Marketing Alliance.
