New General Manager of Commission Junction

commission_junction.gif
A new GM has been named for Commission Junction this afternoon in a company-wide announcement at CJ. The new head of the Commission Junction division at ValueClick is Kerri Pollard.

Kerri takes over at the helm of CJ after a few months of industry speculation via a few VP roles there. Before that she has long history going back eight years or so to the good old days at Be Free. She’s no stranger to the industry.

I can’t think of anyone better suited for the job. Big congrats to Kerri.

Totally agreed on your views on the ascension of Kerri to the top job at CJ.

A real pro in the top job in the industry.

Sounds like a good appointment to me. Should be interesting to see what she brings to Commission Junction.

Wow. Heard the news the other day and it looks like deserving people were all pushed up the ranks too: Kim Dalzell fills Kerri’s old role as VP Clent Dev-East & Robin Walsh fills Kim’s as Dir Client Dev-East. Also heard that Kevin Joyce is off to Chicago to open that office. All great people! Good for CJ.

I am glad to hear that CJ is making some postive moves that will make this affiliate network even better.

I’ve been marketing with CJ for the past 4 years and I know that every move they make is based on good judgment.

So congrats to Kerri and CJ for the bright future ahead!

Congrats to him. I wonder if this has anything to do with them being extra slow with approving new partnerships as of late.

So far, after a month, I still don’t see any improvement or changes. Let’s see how it goes further. I just hope for the better.

I don’t that this will affect affiliates in a short term. I that hope she improves the service!

I went through a phase of signing up to every affiliate scheme going, CJ being the first, closely followed by TradeDoubler. I think at last count it was up to 15+

Kerri has a good reputation though, looks like she deserves it.

Hope this new change will fix some of the problems CJ has with reporting. in the 5 years I have been an affiliate they have reporting issues on a weekly basis.
